For us business – it’s not only about wellbeing of the Family and place of self-fulfillment but also a possibility to make a significant contribution into development of the culture, science, be proactive participants in the formation of our state and to promote Ukraine’s progress on the international arena
City space – is a special environment that has to satisfy city dwellers’ needs and correspond to the aesthetic and technological requirements of the time to its best.

Megacities with high reputation and implementation of the most progressive management methods under any conditions actively work to attract investments and talented specialists, create the most favorable conditions for business development, increase tourist flows and generate cultural and creative development.

Effective organization and operation of existing residential and commercial spaces in an appropriate combination with new buildings is a key factor for the development of an attractive and original city.
Operational management of real estate is an important area of our business activity. Today we manage more than 60,000 sq.m. of space and are constantly looking for new challenges.

The choice of each project is an extremely responsible task: while working on it we not only pay attention to its commercial result and long-term perspective but also to the observance of the principles of sustainable development, the object’s compliance with safety requirements and its social importance.
For the real estate owner we solve the issue of finding and implementing the most effective option for obtaining profit, taking into account all the features of the object.
Our approach to solving this task is always careful and ecological. The business concept provides an optimal balance between optimization of operating costs and rational investment in preserving the structure of the building for long-term use in the interests of the owner of the object.

In relations with the tenant – we build a transparent and flexible format of interaction which is obligatory accompanied by an assessment of the compliance of the tenant’s business with the principles and values of the Family.
Constant in-depth analysis of the market, demanding approach to choosing a project implementation concept and tenant – play a key role in high business performance. Each of our objects is at the upper level of the market in its category. During all the years of real estate management the vacancy rate did not exceed 7% even at the background of the global COVID-19 pandemic and the full-scale invasion of the RF into Ukraine.
Creation of new innovative spaces for life and business has an extremely important meaning for development of each city and country. We also think that not less important is returning of architecture objects with rich history back to nation and keeping them for the following generations.

Revitalization or “returning to life” in Latin – is an important direction of activity for our Family. Continuing the history of forgotten cultural monuments and giving them a new important meaning enriches culture and contributes to the education of bright youth, creates aesthetic satisfaction and gives a new impetus to the development of social and economic directions.

In our activity we use complex approach by searching synergy between the past and future. We take the best which can be kept and renewed and add new energy to it which will provide long life for the public good.
One of the most important renewed objects for us became the pearl of Kyiv Podil district – The House of Novikov. Two-story building created by architect Mykola Kazanskiy in 1893 has been a meeting spot for the artistic bohemia and real decoration for the old city.

Despite the existing reconstruction project the Family made a decision to keep the object in its original idea. We were able to renew the original view of the building thanks to filed documents and even reproduce its copper roof. In 2018 this building was returned to life and became an innovative business-space.

The factory on Sim’i Idzykovykh street in the capital (former M. Mishyn street) has been turned into 8,000 sq.m. super modern medical diagnostic center. Today this establishment daily saves lives and takes care of the health of hundreds of Ukrainians. In addition to conducting a wide range of innovative laboratory and instrumental research, the clinic provides a 24-hour inpatient service for children and adults. Later, another abandoned building with an area of 9,000 sq.m, located on Povitroflotsky avenue was added to the project.

In 2021 we have started the revitalization project of the building located on Georgiivskiy Lane. The building got its first life in the early 1900s and had a beautiful exterior that corresponded to the aesthetics of its time. Later in the 1950s the building was rebuilt and its historic appearance was distorted and largely destroyed. Working closely with specialists in facade research, as well as studying archives, we strive to return this building to as close to its original appearance as possible.

Investing is not only a process of money contribution into perspective projects aiming to receive profit. We look at this activity as at the art of searching for “adamants” which will eventually become “diamonds”. But first they need to be found, mined and polished in order to receive necessary beauty and desired value.

This exact road we take each time while choosing investment object. We find potential and prepare the best decision for it to become “diamond”. It often takes years of inconspicuous daily painstaking work.
It’s important to have such traits in investment as a scale of thinking, understanding of global trends and a sense of the market. Plus – a thorough approach to support the sustainable development of the project aimed at capitalization.

Big advantage in investment is cooperation with qualified and reliable partners aiming for the creation of long term value effect and public benefit. That’s why we’re always ready for the productive cooperation, advice and support of the interesting projects.

All DOVGIY Family Office team is proud to be Ukrainians, believes in our country and does everything possible to bring Victory closer!

Charity has always been an important part of the activity of our family. Our parents grew up in the environment where help to others was an example to be followed. For us charity has become an obligatory part of life and has reached new scale. Our kids while being small are involved into charitable activity receiving possibility to feel their power to change the world for the better.
Our family slogan is: Educated and healthy youth today – successful country tomorrow.

As a result of the research made by us at the end of 2010 the main directions of our charitable work has been established: education, sport and healthy lifestyle, social projects and life challenges.

Aiming to provide more system to these activities at the end of 2010 the Charitable Fund of Dovgiy Family “Together we can” was founded.
During all years of activity we stood on the chosen directions and reacted on changes and challenges which kids and parents are facing. We have received uncountable quantity of gratitude, successful stories from ptople we work with, prizes of different levels and reasons to move forward.
Together with the team and incredible partners we managed to implement more than a hundred projects that still take your breath away. We master new directions every day fearlessly overcoming increasingly large-scale challenges.

Creating an effective system of obtaining modern education is the foundation for building a progressive, strong and developed Ukraine. Taking care of the future of coming generations of state-makers, the lion’s share of our initiatives are aimed at developing opportunities for young people to acquire new important knowledge.
The main platform for the implementation of projects in this direction has become the Junior Academy of Sciences (JAS) and the main inspiration – its founder and president Stanislav Dovgiy. Back in the early 1990s his priority was to find talented young people and promote their development. He personally visited different parts of Ukraine, got to know artistic creative children.
The establishment of the Academy created the prerequisites for systematic innovative work with school youth in all regions of Ukraine and made it possible to professionally train highly qualified teachers and mentors.

An important achievement of the father is the international recognition of the Junior Academy of Sciences. Thus, in 2018, the Academy received the status of a UNESCO Center for Science Education and two years later the European Commission granted it the status of the Copernicus Academy.
Today under the leadership of the father and his pupils – Oksen Lisoviy, Yevhen Kudryavets, Tetyana Pescherina, Vasyl Dunets, Olena Severenchuk, Maria Dubrova and other members of a large team – at the Junior Academy of Sciences every year about 300,000 students in 25 territorial centers, 65 sections and 9,100 clubs get a chance to implement their talents. 8,500 teachers help young Ukrainians reach new heights.

Junior Academy of Science is a powerful generator of new innovative projects. Among them – State business-incubator of the complete cycle “Ukrainian Future”, Prototypes laboratory Fab Lab, Kids Academy “Futurum”, Laboratory of children’s reading “Barabooka”, Laboratory of architectural education «Archikidz», project of in-depth knowledge of foreign languages “Brainy English”, online hub “Digital space for the teacher”, All Ukrainian educational school on social and volunteer participation in patriotic education “Agents of changes” and many others.
JAS pupils can demonstrate their knowledge and receive new one by participating in National contest “Olympiad for Geniuses of Ukraine”, International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO), International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (ІОАА), Student Spaceflight Experiments Program (SSEP), All Ukrainian scientific and technical expo-contest “Future of Ukraine”, Essay contest named after Sergiy Kems’kiy and many other contests on Ukrainian as well as world level.

Only in 2021 itself our participants brought home 102 gold, 103 silver, 43 bronze medals, 60 special prizes, 7 Grand-prizes from international Olympiads.
National scale event has become the opening of “Science museum” under the auspices of JAS – the first in Ukraine state interactive museum located at revitalized “Science” pavilion at VDNG expo center in Kyiv. More than 100 000 kids have visited this museum during his first year of work.
Despite the continuation of the heavy war in Ukraine we are making maximum efforts to keep our main goal in focus. Therefore, in May 2022, a temporary interactive exhibition of science has been opened in Lviv. During four months about 10,000 children became its guests.
Further plans include the opening of science museums in Chernivtsi and Uzhhorod. For the sake of the implementation of this project our family put up for sale a part of its own collection of paintings, which included the works of famous artists – Ferenc Seman, Ivan Marchuk, Yuri Herts, Yuri Khymych, Tetyana Golembievska.
Five years ago we have founded an initiative “Lectures for the future” thanks to which Ukraine has been visited by almost 30 most known scientists of the world. Among them – Chair of the European Commission’s Group of Chief Scientific Advisors, General director of CERN (2009-2015) Rolf-Dieter Heuer, General secretary of the European academy of science, arts and literature Dr.Nicole Lemaire d’Agaggio, professor of Munich technical university, German astronaut Ulrich Hans Walter; and also Nobel laureats Erwin Neher (physiology and medicine), Jules Alphonse Hoffmann (physiology and medicine), Kadzita Takaaki (physics), Sir Paul M. Nurse (physiology and medicine), Harald zur Hausen (physiology and medicine), Eugene-Zenon Stakhiv (prize for peace) and others. As the war started we had a chance to continue this project on-line.

At the background of all of these and huge quantity of other initiatives are real people – teams, partners, encouragers and sponsors. We’re grateful to each and every one. In particular for the fact that together with us they believe in Ukraine’s future and our youth and continue making efforts to multiply all existing achievements and creating new once!
There is no future without past. The relevance of this statement has increased significantly today – at the time of the treacherous attack of the invaders on the Ukrainian land. Hundreds of cultural monuments were wiped out and destroyed in a short time. Therefore honoring folk traditions and preserving the heritage of previous generations – a virtue that is unchanged for our entire Family – has acquired a new meaning in our activities.

In 2020 we managed to implement a unique project for the restoration of a rare architectural monument in the style of Ukrainian Baroque of Cossack times — the Church of the Wonderworker Nicholas of 1763 located in Horodyshche, Chernihiv region. Today the restored church adorns the exposition of the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life in Pirogov.

Many projects on the development of spiritual culture were implemented in other regions of Ukraine. In particular in the capital where the church near the St. Michael Golden-Top Monastery underwent revitalization and a new church was built on the site of a garbage dump on the territory of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Ihor Sikorskiy Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. And since May 19, 2016, the historic landmark of the Golden Gate in Kyiv has been decorated again with a restored mosaic icon of the Virgin of Nikopeia.

A long-term study of the great heritage of the famous educational institution of the country – National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” – deserves special attention. Larisa Dovha, a famous researcher of the culture of the 17th century presented the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadskiy with a rare edition dedicated to the Ukrainian spiritual culture of the 17th century.
The active destruction of monuments of Ukrainian culture by the invaders prompted the Family to join the project to preserve Kyiv’s historical monuments. Thus, together with our partners, we supported the protection of two memorial signs dedicated to the capital founders – Kyi, Shchek, Horyv and their sister Lybid – on the Dnipro embankment and on Independence Square as well as the mosaic icon that decorates the Golden Gate.

The Dovgiy Family Charitable Foundation “Together We Can” gives great importance to the development of sports and a healthy lifestyle. The most popular of the implemented projects in this direction were the “Early Development School”, support for women’s football and the “Family Weekend Vacation” program. A separate direction was the establishment of sports complexes and assistance in updating existing fields and playgrounds.

In the laboratory of the Junior Academy of Sciences ExLab a new environmental project “Healthy environment — healthy man” was launched.
For several years in a row a special place among family projects has been occupied by “Ros Eco-Fest” aimed at encouraging society to maintain the cleanliness of the environment. Every year in frames of this project together with friends, partners, colleagues and other guests we carry out a large-scale cleaning of the forests, increase life in the Ros River and some lakes by filling them with tons of small fish, planted about 3,000 trees.

This allows us to teach younger generation to respect the nature and feel the need to preserve it.
During the entire existence of the Dovgiy Family Charitable Fund some projects went beyond the target programs and were implemented to achieve a long-term goal.
Among them are co-financing the purchase of school uniforms for children whose families find themselves in difficult life situations, the purchase of numerous equipment for schools, the establishment of children’s and sports grounds in neglected areas, assistance to medical institutions etc. Despite the strategic focus on ensuring fundamental changes the implementation of such initiatives is an important part of our activity.

The biggest challenges that drastically affected the country and forced us to pay even more attention to unplanned projects were the pandemic and the war.

Our response to COVID-19 was the launch of an absolutely new format of charity – the humanitarian project “Let’s act together”. Its purpose was to determine the needs of doctors and provide them with the necessary means of protection, as well as to inform the population about the risks and the possibilities of overcoming them. This initiative brought together 12 entrepreneurs and three charitable foundations which made it possible to achieve significant results. Over the course of two years we closely cooperated with medical facilities in eight regions of Ukraine and purchased 112,500 individual protection means for them.
Later it turned out that the “Let’s act together” project was a good experience and an opportunity to quickly react to the next great challenge of fate – an insidious war unleashed by Russia against our country.
Our humanitarian mission “Together to Victory” united a large number of initiatives. During the first 150 days of the war together with Ukrainian and foreign partners we managed to provide assistance in the amount of almost $10 million. At the very beginning of the war a mobile hospital was handed over to the needs of the Armed Forces: the development of it we financed the previous few years. The militaries also received 374 modern DMR radios.

Together with the Austrian BASU partners we brought to Ukraine the innovative reagent BASOQUELL 807 which allowed us to disinfect 10 million liters of water in places with a destroyed purification system. We also obtained 5,000 liters of liquid for disinfection of large surfaces.

Every week tons of food products are sent to places where they are urgently needed. In particular – to the medical battalion of Hospitaliers where volunteers save the lives of our soldiers every day.

Together with partners-doctors from Austria, the Orthodox Church of Ukraine and its abbot Metropolitan Epiphanius, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA we supply medicines to the front line – to surgical units, doctors working in the field, medical facilities isolated from commercial supplies, military units etc.

We are infinitely grateful for the support of all members of our family, benefactors, partners, volunteers, the Foundation team, and individual donors without whom the implementation of all these initiatives would not be possible!
We know that we have a lot of work ahead of us but we definitely believe in our country and its limitless potential!
Family values system which has been created and changed during many generations is a determining factor not only in our daily activities, but also in choosing team and partners, finding new projects and directions for further efforts.

Value and success of our family is inextricably linked with the achievements of the representatives of past generations – Cossacks and peasants, artists and masters of the artistic word, scientists and entrepreneurs. Each one of them left their unique imprint in the Family future and encouraged us for the further development.
He could love like no one else. Love to life, wife, big family, his business and country has become the main road sign for grandfather Oleksiy.
Boundless devotion to his mission made him an outstanding poet, literature critic and translator. More than forty poetry collections came out from the pen of grandfather Oleksiy and more than a hundred poems found their immortality in songs, many of which later became folk songs.
“Dovgiy’s poems hold bright emotional background and inner warmth, charm with the immediacy of experiences and moral crystallinity”, – stated well-known Ukrainian literature critic and honored artist of Ukraine Raul Chilachava.
Aside from Ukrainian reader, connoisseurs of poetry in France, Georgia, Montenegro and Macedonia can also enjoy the beauty of Oleksiy Dovgiy’s poems. “The grandiose “octogenarian” as one of his contemporaries called him, showed his boundless talent in other areas as well. Oleksiy Dovgiy’s name is inextricably linked with the work of the Ukrainian folk choir “Roden’”, where he was the founder and director. The deep conviction that it is necessary to live according to the laws of honor and conscience opened the door to the world for many outstanding works of already recognized authors and beginners. Thanks to his efforts the immortal works of the literature classic Oleksandr Dovzhenko and the master of the artistic word Lina Kostenko were printed. The literary debut of the now famous Ukrainian writer Maria Matios took place.
The title of “Honored Artist of Ukraine”, the great respect of readers and colleagues and the boundless love of his family became a worthy reward for Oleksiy Dovgiy for his achievements.
Be brave despite the difficulties; always move forward to your goal – big power of these qualities was opened to the Family by grandmother Maria. “Honored teacher of Ukraine”, she never stopped learning and imparting knowledge to her numerous students.
Grandmother Maria – it’s thousands of planted flowers and trees, unconditional love to nature and life, hundreds of thankful students and successful life stories.
But an equally important mission was to support for her own family in striving for new achievements. She was able to carry through her entire life the ability to inspire grandfather Oleksiyi and be a reliable support for him.
Grandmother Maria was our secrecy secret. She has never been afraid of difficulties or work.
At the same time even today she remains to be a model of femininity and elegance.
It was her uncompromising perseverance on the way to her goal and overcoming the most difficult obstacles in life that became an undeniable example for the Family.
Her diligence and ingenuity in various life situations contributed to the birth and further development of the family business.
Creator of the valuable cultural heritage whose dedication to the chosen path gives feeling of beauty and develops aesthetic perception of the world in representatives of the several generations of The Family.
Grandfather left way too early but we clearly remember the warmth of his gaze and ease of his hand waving when he was quickly and easily drawing our portraits with the simple pen. He was always calm and balanced, filled with wisdom and love.
Mykhailo Kurylych is known as a talented graphic artist, muralist and designer, researcher of the Hutzul art, teacher and dean at Lviv Institute of Applied and Decorative arts.
An important contribution to the development of modern art was the fact that grandfather was the first in educational practice of Ukrainian universities to put “Fundamentals of Composition” discipline on a scientific basis. After he passed away his colleague Yaroslav Ul’gurs’kyy recalled: “Those achievements in the fundamentals of composition which we now already interpret as scientifically based, in 1950-s were yet unknown. And then in Lviv no one except Mykhailo Vasyliovych has spoken about it. He was the first to support modern trends, absolutely constructive as they basically had to be. And if later, in Lviv, particular school of teaching this subject was created – it has all started with Mykhailo Kurylych”.
He believed in future and talented youth. Grandma said that students were constantly crowded at their kitchen. They came over to grandpa Mykhailo for scientific as well as personal, life advices. And they always found support and needed answers.
Together with scientific and research works grandfather fruitfully worked as a graphic artist. Linorite became his favorite technic which allowed the best embodiment for laconism and decorative expressiveness. They went against the concept of social realism prevailing in soviet times.
Today his works are kept at National museums of Kyiv, Lviv, Donetsk and Kharkiv. His bookplates were demonstrated at numerous exhibitions, in particular EXPO-69, EXPO-70, and took honored places in museums and private collections.
All his life he devotedly served art, spread aesthetic perception of the world and masterfully gave modern forms and senses to the folk art pieces.
The door to the unsurpassed world of the Ukrainian cultural heritage has been opened for the Family by grandmother Yevdokiya. Her devotion to the Ukrainian fork traditions has filled up the family with unity which is passing from generation to generation.
Till today our homes keep embroidery pieces made by her hands and each one of us dream to cook varenyky the way only grandma Yevdokiya did.
We definitely celebrate important holidays the way she taught us – by gathering in family circle of relatives, children and close friends. After all, such events – are a great possibility to once again thank God for giving us love and thank Destiny for the people that enrich our life.
Our founder and visionary. “Thinking for future generations” – is a slogan and an unbreakable rule that determines all actions and steps taken by our father. His strong analytical abilities and scientific thinking are indispensable support in all areas of activity and allow to constantly opening new horizons.
A famous Ukrainian scientist and inventor recognized both on the territory of Ukraine and far beyond its borders. Our father is a person who builds large systems. Under his leadership on the order of the European Commission the Information and Analytical System for decision-making support in the event of accidents at nuclear facilities was created taking into account the experience of liquidation of the consequences of the Chornobyl disaster (JCP-2), which was implemented in most European countries.
Stanislav Dovgiy was also the first in Ukraine to create a technology that changed the approach to assessing the negative impact of industrial emissions on the environment. These steps that combined scientific discoveries and their business implementation made it possible to build the foundation of a family business.
Unshakable belief in the importance of science and education for building a successful competitive state prompted our father to create an all-Ukrainian system that would enable creative youth to develop their talents.
I remember how in the early 90s he began visiting different corners of our country looking for and personally getting to know artistic creative children. He supported them with his own funds and helped them discover and develop their talents. He organized competitions, summer schools, festivals of children’s creativity, etc.
Later – in the early 2000s – the National Center “Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” was founded on his initiative and father was elected President of the JAS. This created the prerequisites for establishing a system of innovative work with school youth in all regions of Ukraine and professional training for teachers and mentors.
Today under the leadership of the father and his pupils – Oksen Lisovyi, Yevhen Kudryavets, Tetyana Pescherina, Vasyl Dunets, Olena Severenchuk, Maria Dubrova and other members of a large team – every year about 300,000 students get a chance to realize their talents at the JAS. The winners of the JAS contests participate in all most prestigious international Scientific Olympic Games and other competitions. So last year more than 200 pupils of the Academy became their prize-winners and champions.
An important achievement of Stanislav Dovgiy is the international recognition of the Junior Academy of Science. In 2018, this establishment received the status of a UNESCO Center for Science Education and two years later the European Commission granted it the status of the Copernicus Academy.
Since our father is an extremely multifaceted person and we love him very much, we can write a lot more about his achievements and hobbies. But the most important thing is that even today he is extremely energetic, full of plans and ideas aimed at the development of our youth.
Philosopher not only by specialty but also by life call she is our unchangeable assistant in orientation on true eternal values. For us it’s still a mystery where’s her source of inexhaustible energy and desire to constant movement – continuous development, opening of new horizons and implementation of interesting projects.
Larysa Dovga is a researcher of the Ukrainian culture of the XVII century, PhD, professor of the National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, visiting professor of the Polish-Ukrainian studies cathedra at Yagellon University (Krakow, Poland), author of 74 scientific and methodological publications, participant of 64 forums.
She is also supervising international projects on studying Ukrainian culture and developing her own unique educational project dedicated to the development of the Ukrainian culture – “UCULTURA”. She has her own educational radio program.
In 2012 she received special recognition thanks to the implementation of the unique project dedicated to Inokentiy Gizel. A group of scientists was gathered from five countries and during six years have been studying and translating one of the most educated persons in Ukraine of the XVII century, rector of Kyiv-Mohyla collegium, student, companion and follower of Petro Mohyla.
As a result the world saw first academic three-volume edition of the compositions of Inokentiy Gizel which not only contained original texts and translations of the thinker works (written in old Ukrainian, church Slavonic and Latin) but also a number of thorough scientific researches dedicated to his life and art.
This work was recognized one of the best by various authoritative publishing forums. Also this publication was nominated for Yuri Prylyuk prize for the best editorial and publishing project in the area of philosophy.
Nowadays Gizel’s views are extremely relevant. According to him the human being is looked at as a natural and social creature as well as rationally thinking who not only has a right but also has to act, show an active position in life, realize its potential and take care not only about her own salvation but also about the public good. At the choice between “acting” or “doubting”, being wary of sin, Gizel persistently recommends to keep to active position.
This research as well as scientific monograph of Larysa Dovga “Values system in Ukrainian culture of the XVII century” has made a significant impact on our family in determining of true values and direction for future movement.
Oles has inherited his bright mind and scope of thinking from his father, mastery of words and the ability to love from grandfather Oleksiy, aesthetic perception of the world from grandfather Mykhailo, value orientation and love for culture from his mother.
Having received two degrees by the age of 22 and participating in Western educational projects (Anglo European School of English Bournemouth, Kensington College of business) Oles plunged himself into a new world of business and achieved considerable success in various fields.
At the age of 24 he implemented a large project related to securities and real estate, which made it possible to earn his first million. Oles developed a concept for the revitalization of a decaying business in the center of Kyiv, took a loan, agreed with all the owners and bought out their shares, prepared the business for the implementation of renewal and sold the new project to an investor. A successful deal made it possible to create a springboard for the development of his own business.
Further progress in business activity was facilitated by the PhD thesis defense in economics and completion of a master’s course in business administration for top managers at INSEAD.
So at an early age Oles earned his rightful place as a full partner in the family business. His ideas, strategic vision and ability to unite professionals around him helped not only to overcome numerous crises that our country was going through, but also directed to constant development and adherence to the strategy.
In 2010 Oles came to the decision to give charity a systemic character and founded the “Together We Can!” Charitable Fund which has been curated by sister Oksana since its foundation in 2011 until today. The fund’s activities are mainly aimed at supporting projects in the field of education, sports and a healthy lifestyle, as well as fighting against the challenges of fate.
Four years later he made a decision for himself about the need to influence the development of events at the state level and was elected twice in a row as a deputy from the district #102, where grandmother Maria was from. Having transferred his assets to external management Oles remained in business as a partner and advisor.
For the revival of spirituality in Ukraine, devotion to the ideals of good and significant contribution to the public good he was awarded the Order of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker by Metropolitan Epiphanius of Kyiv and All Ukraine. Oles also holds the Order of Andrew the First-Called, 1st degree, and the Order of Merit, 3rd degree.
He believes that it is necessary to resolve all disputed issues at the negotiating table in search of peace and mutual benefit.
Having devoted part of his life to politics Oles decided that after the end of the war which brought significant destruction to the Ukrainian economy he would not run for another term in the parliament. Instead he will devote the next decade of his active life to rebuilding the country’s economy, attracting private investments to Ukraine and building a family investment company.
In future Oles has decided to focus his social responsibility on family charity projects supporting talented youth.
Conquering new Everests, building systems and constantly looking for ways to improve are unbreakable rules. Such position along with versatile education and the ability to create well-proven teams of daredevils creates a reliable back for initiatives that are born at the “ideological” table of the Dovgiy family.
“Why psychology???” – father asked thirteen-year-old Oksana. “You’ll see – while I study the world will change and every single business will have a psychologist who will be helping managing people” – he heard in response every time. At the time it looked strange and almost absurd. But this thought helped winning the first grant while still at high school and go study in Scotland and then there were universities in Kyiv, San Francisco and Berkeley.
Understanding of her purpose and engineering thinking, 11 years after this conversation, brought Oksana back to Ukraine where she combined the knowledge, practice, culture and experience of different countries with the aim of using them in the Motherland.
Oksana, like Oles, started her professional path even before coming of age because in our Family everyone must grow independently and only after independent realization and personal achievements you can claim a place in the family business.
At the end of 2010 together with brother Oles a decision was made to give their charitable initiatives a systemic character. Thus, a few months later, the charity fund of the Dovgiy Family “Together We Can!” was launched which Oksana is leading all the way. The Fund’s main slogan is: “Educated and healthy youth today – a successful country tomorrow.” The number of implemented projects and awards received during this time is difficult to count.
In 2018 after gaining recognition in the professional field Oksana took over one of the directions of the family business – work with “dormant” assets. Combining the positions of a manager on one side and a partner on the other has created an effective balance and a new perspective on effective business management. After all, the decision-making process combines the assessment of long-term effect and benefit and at the same time – the importance of demonstrating high performance.
During the 3 years of management the chosen direction underwent a systemic reform – its profit tripled, there were changes and modernization of management and the approach to working with projects. The activity of “revitalization” of real estate and work with objects of cultural significance has entered a new stage of development.
Of course all this became possible only thanks to the harmonious combination of an efficient team, visionary consulting partners and family values that guide us all the way.
